Tom Dwyer 2022 Head Coach
Tom has been coaching youth sports for over 25 years. He has a true passion for and love of the game of lacrosse. He has coached several youth lacrosse teams in the Baltimore and Philly area and coached youth lacrosse internationally in England. Coach Dwyer has also coached youth ice hockey at the Tier II and Tier I levels for the past 10 years, in which his teams have won many championship titles. He played lacrosse at Brown University where he was captain his senior year.
Myla Barnett 2022 Assistant Coach
Myla graduated from The Baldwin School where she was a four sport athlete - soccer, volleyball, track, and lacrosse. She holds the record for the 800 meter, mile, 4 x 400, 4 x 200, distance medley relay and was the recipient of the white blazer award which is given annually to the most outstanding all-around athlete. She currently plays defense at the University of Virginia.
Sarah Hefner 2022 Assistant Coach
Sarah graduated from The St. Paul's School for Girls in 2011 where she served as the team's captain and earned seven varsity letters in soccer and basketball. She continued her career at Cornell University earning Second Team All-Ivy during her senior year and becoming the program's all-time leader in draws.
Kelly DeWan 2023 Head Coach
Kelly was an All-American field hockey and lacrosse player at the University of Virginia. As a lacrosse player, she won a national championship in 1991 and 1993. Coach DeWan also played for the United States Developmental team in 1993 and 1994.
Nora McCallion 2023 Assistant Coach
Nora graduated from the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in 2013 where she was a two-time Philadelphia Under Armour Underclassman Team honoree, an Academic All-American, a team captain, the recipient of the Team's MVP and Most Dedicated awards, Student Council Athletic and Activities President, and a member of the basketball and field hockey teams. She continued her lacrosse career as an attacker at St. Joseph's University where she is the program record holder for career games played (68), 3rd all-time in career points (190), 4th all-time in career goals (134), T-5th all-time in career assists (56), During her senior year, she was selected Atlantic 10 First Team and Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team.
Olivia Nostrant 2023 Assistant Coach
Olivia graduated from Merion Mercy Academy in 2014. She continued her career at High Point University, guiding the Panthers to the NCAA tournament in 2018.
Emily Talluto 2023 Assistant Coach
Emily graduated from The Shipley School in 2016 where she was name Max-Exposure All-Star Team as a sophomore and to Honorable Mention Friends League as a junior. She continued her career at La Salle University, starting in all 16 games in her junior year.
Nicole Grote 2024 Co-Head Coach
Nicole currently serves as an assistant coach at La Salle University. She was previously an assistant at American University for two seasons. Before landing in the Patriot League, Nicole spent the 2017 season as an assistant at Iona College. She also coached at the youth and high school levels, notably acting as the director of the University of New Hampshire Lacrosse Middle School Camp since 2013. Grote had a noteworthy playing career as a four-year starter at New Hampshire. She was listed to the America East All-Rookie team her freshman season in 2013. During her senior year, Grote was named team captain and recorded her most productive offensive season, ranking second on the team in points (38) and assists (19) and third in goals (19). That year, she picked up America East All-Conference Second Team and All-Tournament Team honors. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Sports Studies.
Lisa Murphy 2024 Co-Head Coach
Lisa played collegiately at the University of Virginia where she made three Final Fours and won a National Championship in 1993. She was the Head coach at Conestoga High School from 1998-2002, where she won three State Championships and was a 2-time Philadelphia Inquirer Coach of the Year.
Julia Braig 2024 Assistant Coach
Julia currently serves as an assistant coach at Saint Joseph's University. A two-time NCAA champion with the University of Maryland, Braig concluded her decorated four-year career in May 2019. The 2019 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association National Defender of the Year, Braig enjoyed a successful career at College Park from 2016-19, where she was twice tabbed an All-American First Team selection by both the IWLCA and by Inside Lacrosse as well as the back-to-back Big Ten Defender of the Year for her junior and senior seasons (2018, 2019). The four-year starting defender was also a two-time Tewaaraton nominee, two-time IWLCA All-Region First Team pick, and two-time All-Big Ten Tournament Team selection in 2018 and 2019. Braig was also a three-time All-Big Ten honoree (2017-19) and earned IL All-American Honorable Mention accolades and IWLCA All-Region Second Team recognition as a sophomore. Braig amassed dominant career numbers in ground balls (103) and caused turnovers (78) as a Terp and helped lead her squad to a four-year record of 87-4, which included an undefeated 45-0 home record. As a senior, she helped Maryland to a 22-1 record while anchoring a defense that held 16 of 23 opponents to under 10 goals, en route to 2019 NCAA All-Tournament Team accolades. Braig graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in economics in May 2019.
Bridget Chakey 2025 Head Coach
Bridget grew-up in Havertown and attended the Agnes Irwin School where she was a two-time captain and holds the all-time career assists record. She continued her career at Penn State, graduating in 2018.
Caroline Steele 2025 Assistant Coach
Caroline grew-up in Severna Park, MD and attended the Severn School. She continued her career at the University of Maryland where she won two NCAA National Championships in 2017 and 2019, was a two-time nominee for the Tewaaraton Award, and she was recently named to Maryland’s All-Decade Team. She is currently an assistant coach at St. Joseph's University.
Shea Neary 2025 Assistant Coach
Shea attended Archbishop Carroll High School, graduating in 2018. She continued her career at Cabrini University where as a freshman she started in all 22 games, was named to the All-ECAC First Team, and All-Atlantic East First Team. She is also a member of the field hockey team.
Jackson Marshall 2026 Head Coach
Jackson attended Gorham High School in Maine where she was a four-year starter and captain her senior year. Upon graduation, she played at Florida Southern College where her team won the Sunshine State Conference championship three years in a row, made the NCAA tournament all four years, and won the national championship in 2016. In 2017, her senior year, she was voted head captain and led the team to the national championship game.
Jules D'Orazio 2026 Assistant Coach
Julianne D'Orazio was a 2-time First Team All-American and Academic All American at Merion Mercy Academy, where she graduated in 2013. Jules continued her career at Lehigh University where she graduated with a degree in Economics. She was selected as IWLCA's second team All Mid-Atlantic Region in 2016 and was a First Team All Patriot League honoree in 2016 and 2017. She served as a two-time captain in her junior and senior seasons.

Her team won the PIAA – AAA Girls Lacrosse State Championship in 2017 and the PCL Championship each of her four years. She also lettered in soccer. She is currently a sophomore defender at La Salle University.

Julia attended Archbishop Carrol and lettered all four years and was the starting goalie in her junior and senior years. She was named Second Team All-Catholic as a senior. Her team won the PIAA – AAA Girls Lacrosse State Champions in 2017 and the PCL Championship each of her four years. She was also selected First Team All-Catholic in swimming each of her four years. She is currently, as a sophomore, the starting goalie at La Salle University.
Jess Sulouff 2028-2030 Academy Coach
Julia attended Archbishop Carrol where her team won Won the PIAA – AAA Girls Lacrosse State Champions in 2017 and the PCL Championship each of her four years. She was also a member of the National Honors Society. She is currently a sophomore midfielder at La Salle University.
Cat Rainone Goalie Coach
Cat currently serves as an assistant coach at La Salle University. A native of Newtown Square, Rainone was a four-year member of the Penn State women's lacrosse team and was twice named to the Big Ten's All-Academic squad. As a senior, Rainone was the primary starter in goal for the Nittany Lions and compiled a 16-4 record as the team advanced all the way to the national semifinal. She was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week after registering a career-high 14 saves in a 12-8 win over No. 15 Virginia, the second time she had earned the award that year. During her time in Happy Valley, Rainone was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Board, helping to develop creative fundraising ideas, and was the student athlete ambassador for Penn State's THON, a student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Rainone received a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with a focus in human movement in 2017.
