2019-20 High School Indoor League

​League & Game Format
Limited to 8 high school teams
6 field players and 1 goalie
2 players must stay back on both the offensive and defensive end
Teams will play 4 v 4 - great format for two-man games - picks, slips, switching, hedging
4 x 4 goals - league will supply goalie equipment
Two 22-minute halves
​Each team is guaranteed at least 8 games

Pool Play - December 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, January 11th, 18th, 25th
Playoffs - February 1st and 8th
Game Times - 5:30, 6:20, 7:10, or 8:00 PM
