MLK Day Sixes Play Day

DESCRIPTION
Come play Sixes which is fast paced, fun, and action packed that ensures alot of touches!
Register as a team or as an individual. Recommended roster size is 12-14 players.

GAME FORMAT & RULES
Each team will play 3 games
Two 16-minute running halves with a 1 minute halftime
6 v 6 - 5 field players and 1 goalie
All field players must use a short pole
Field players play both sides of the field - offensive & defense
Face-off to begin 1st and 2nd halves
30 second penalty for all fouls - start/stop time
Goalie initiates play after goals - pass can't cross midfield
30 second shot clock
All substitutions on the fly​
No timeouts
No overtime
