Boys and Girls
"It teaches the strong to know when they are weak and the brave to face themselves when they are afraid. To be proud and unbowed in defeat yet humble and gentle in victory. And to master ourselves before we attempt to master others. And to learn to laugh, yet never forget how to weep. And to give the predominance of courage over timidity."

Coaches
Mesa Lacrosse has more than 60 coaches who are current or former high school or college coaches. Other coaches include players from schools such as Johns Hopkins, Harvard, University Of Pennsylvania, Notre Dame, Gettysburg, Temple, and Virginia – to name a few. What makes these coaches the best around, is that most of them played for Mesa and know the expectations of playing for a top club team in the country. Mesa's coaches are trained in areas such as practice planning, high tempo and high reps drills, box lacrosse, game day management, and being a role model.
